A real-estate price prediction platform that helps homeowners in Metro Manila find the right selling price, using satellite imagery alongside structural and geospatial features.
- Studied how satellite images improve ensembles of deep-learning and tree-based price models.
- Built a spatial interpolation model that uses geospatial features from nearby houses, not only a property’s own attributes.
- Added LIME and LLM-written explanations so owners can see why a price was predicted.
